  • This drain 25 yds up the road towards Daventry needs to be unblocked as its permanently spewing water out of it and not draining into the stream - image shows outlet with no running water. What this is doing is then constantly feeding the lower kerb drain that then gets choked with leaves and then leaves standing water constantly and in heavy rain then floods still. Please can you unblock this drain and then hopefully we will be sorted,

  • A361 at mini roundabout North bound toward Daventry flooded due to heavy rainfall , cars driving into oncoming traffic as using southbound carriageway to go through the lower level of water.

  • Kerb Drain has upright stays that clog with leaves easily, these need removing to leave an open 'letter box' similar to other drains on other parts of the road further up the A361. The drain works fine when leaves cleared. As mentioned before (171019) drain further up the road is blocked and coming up through inspection cover exacerbating the problem.
