Multiple deep ruts on road sides between Helmdon Church and Falcutt

Reported in the Verges - Damaged by Vehicles category anonymously at 17:02, Sun 6 October 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1794580.

The road from Helmdon through Falcutt is single track but has been heavily used since August while Station Road has been closed for water main repairs (Anglia Water). As a result road verges have been badly churned by traffic using them to pass vehicles coming the other way. At the Falcutt end in particular the verges now has very deep ruts which are a hazard and need filling in. The road surface itself has also suffered from the heavy traffic and is breaking up.
