Lime Trees along Earls Barton Road

Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 16:03, Friday 11 October 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1801401.

The lime trees, which are highway trees, along both sides of Earls Barton Road have needed cutting back or pollarding for many years. They are now becoming a nuisance with buses catching the branches and these falling on other vehicles - one was even reported a few weeks ago as it blocked the road. The trees now desperately need action taken. If there is an issue with the cost of this work the parish council may be able to assist financially if someone can contact the clerk to discuss.
