Drains blocked when road resurfaced

Reported in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 12:43, Sunday 13 October 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 2 minutes later. ref: 1802952.

Hi , I would like to understand why all the drains on Clarence ave were blocked / covered when the road was re surfaced. When ever it rains water rushes down the street, which causes large puddles and potentially a problem further down the road, why were the drains all covered? An example is outside 111 Clarence ave.

Thanks Gary
