This problem is still there and has been for at least two months. I have been away since September and have returned October. There is water running out from the Drain just by the One Stop Shop in Swinnyford Road it must be a problem and needs sorting.

I have noticed that this Blocked Drain is still there. Its an important area as the water flows down and around the corner by the shops. This has been a problem for many months and with Winter on its was the problem can only get worse. Please check and resolve urgently.

Well I reported this several times and nothing seems to have been done. Water is running from the drains opposite the One Stop Shop in Buckingham way Towcester. I am advising you that the problem is getting worse and with the weather getting colder the accumulation of water on the street corner, there is a possibility of dangerous ICE. I suggest that you resolve this Urgently before there is an accident.

I really dont know what you doing about this problem but it seems nothing. As I have said with the weather now getting colder and the risk of Frost there is a potential of a seriuos accident caused by ICE. You really should get this sorted.

You have been told about this many times. Mark my words. There will be an accident here when it freezes. This is now urgent.

Well I am getting reports that the drain is blocked. Your man was here today 12th but it's still running. I think you should at least have a go at telling us what the problem is. As I said it's an accident waiting to happen.

Hi there. I know one of your team was on site yesterday 12th November but nothing really has been done. I have said there is a risk if this water freezes. I have told you of this so many times. Do I need to report to the SNC or maybe County Council or can we expect some action.

I saw that someone was working on these drains on Sunday. However whatever they did, it did not work and the problem persists.

I really don't know what the problem is but there is an expectation that there will be an accident which will be caused by freezing water, you have said action pending, how long before this is solved.

Well I see that others are contacting you also about this. This is the last time I am going to report about this. We are facing some really cold weather and the flood is going to freeze, if it does I guess you may be liable if there is an accident. Why don't you just get it fixed. It is so dangerous. If this is not fixed soon it will be reported to the Northants Council for action.

Well you have been warned, expect problems.

This problem is still apparent with water running across the Swinneyford Road junction down Buckingham Way towards the school entrance and being spread further by vehicles on all these roads. This was like a skating rink during the recent cold spell, and as the Highway Authority you have a duty under the Highways Act to prevent formation of ice on the highway no matter what the problem. What are you doing about it or do we have to wait until there is an accident?

Flowing water from drain is still happening and flowing across junction Buckingham Way / Swinneyford Road. If this freezes this winter, there is likely to be accidents unless this is resolved. Anglian Water have attended and believe this may be a natural spring as there was no chlorine in the water tested.

You know I am just losing patience. Nobody seems to care. As I have before there will be an accident and you will be responsible. When will you get this sorted. It has now been well over two months.
