Sunken scar from existing services in the road which is horrible to keep driving through

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1803475.

In the past workers have laid services across the road and the tarmac has failed now and is ruining mine and other motorists suspension. We pay enough council tax around here so I would like this repaired asap
