Blocked Drain outside 14 Deanshanger Road Causing Flooding on the Road and Pavement

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 6 minutes later. ref: 1804418.

This has been reported and there have been people out twice in the last two weeks but the drain is still blocked and is causing flooding on the road. The flood water runs on to the pavement and is leaving 'black sludge' everywhere
