Due to heavy rain- drains did not cope with the water volume and flooded the basement

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 2 minutes later. ref: 1806185.

Due to heavy rain the drains did not take volume of water and flooded the basement rooms of the property Emergency call out made to address the matter which took several days. We are awaiting invoice re the works and will forward on receipt

  • There is a sink hole developing on the pavement adjacent to 87 Kingsland Avenue NN2 7PR. On the surface it is only approximately 15cm x 20cm, but the 1m piece of wood shown in photo attached goes about 60cm deep into the hole.
