Overgrown Tree Roots
Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 08:18, Wed 16 October 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 3 minutes later. ref: 1806969.
Tree very overgrown, the roots are also growing into the house, very concerned that the roots will start coming into the house or underneath. Tree in question is on the Welford road, backing on to 34 Wensleydale. Definitely gone into the back garden and under the patio.

I am also concerned at the damage already done to my patio - see photos. The keys issues are: 1) tress roots lifting patio 2) Tree roots teaching house and causing issues with house 3) trees reaching my cutters and will ruin them. This has happened before and rotten them. The cutters have now been replaced but since the trees have grown again and are touching the house again

Hello. Please could you clarify the next steps for me?

Please can you assist as I seem to be going around in circles. I raised this issue with you and you sent someone to view the damage to my patio. He agreed the tree was damaging my patio. You then sent me a claim form. I cannot claim for the damage until the tree is removed otherwise the damage will just reoccur. I have also now been told to get the tree cut I have to contact the Street Doctor - which is you and I have already done this. Please can you confirm to me how this tree can be removed so that I have no further more serious damage.
