Church Furlong leads to public footpath all the way to Bunkers Hill Farm .There is a ploughed field after Church Furlong which has no footpath made making it impassable. It has been like this for some weeks now. They do shoots there so it is not safe to go round the edge of the field as I would disappear from view.I like to use this path .The next field leads to Bunkers Hill and belongs to Moulton College .They foitpath has been used by farm vehicles making it collect water and then muddy and unwalkable. There is no need for them to do this as they have 2 large fields to take a tractor up.I also don't think it right that I meet a tractor on a public right of way with dogs and children when there is no need.I have flagged this problem up before but it continues to happen. There is a lack of duty and care .The field from Butchers Lane Boughton has also been ploughed over the footpath and has been like it all year.I have flagged this up before. I have a right to used these paths and want them to be made walkable as they shoukd be without making complaints all the time. The footpath and bridleways are there for public use. Please contact me regarding this email as I have sent 2 previous ones which have been ignored one of which the Borough Council forwarded to you.I will take these matters further if I need to .to get my rights .Each year there seems to be the same problems.
