Gutter cleared again on 25/10/19. Water flowing freely into downpipe. Drain beneath pavement rodded. No blockage to base of downpipe. Blockage in bend of pipe under pavement which can only be reached by digging up pavement. Pavement also needs to be dug up in order to repair downpipe that is cracked and leaking water across the pavement both creating a slip hazard and the risk of damp damaging the wall of the house. Please respond urgently.
