This area has not been cleaned up at all. A few overhanging branches have been cut and then dumped on the grass surroundings. The end of the cul-de-sac is continually blocked with rotten leaves, mud and general rubbish. There is a drain at the end of the cul-de-sac which is completely blocked which causes flooding down the footpath. The footpath is covered in mud and dead leaves, it has never been cleared all winter. What makes it worse is the refuse bin reversing over the verges every week and churning up the verges and dispersing mud all over the footpath. This area requires a good clean up to prevent future flooding and making the footpath safe to walk on, and also to instruct the drivers of the refuse bin to reverse correctly.
