Unsightly mess left aftwer roadworks to widen a T Junction. Is a danger hazard aswell as looking unsightly
Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 13:04, Tue 5 November 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 2 minutes later. ref: 1832849.
Work was performed to widen the T Junction, this caused major disruption at the time (6/9 months ago). Work is 'completed' but the area is now a (dangerous) eyesore. Tarmac was laid unevenly which is causing cars' suspensions to be ruined, is causing flooding issues on the road due to uneven dips. Grass seed was laid which is now growing into unsightly weeds. Public are paying their taxes and deserve the roads to better kept.

Thankyou for contacting Northamptonshire Highways we are in discussions with the developer regarding the works on St Botolphs road and Barton Road. However these works had to be paused whilst other works are completed in the area. However this said the area is still subject to regular safety inspections
