I was travelling to work at 7.15am on Thursday 9th Jan, it was dark and raining heavily on the un-lit Courteenhall Road heading from Quinton towards Blisworth. I passed under the M1 motorway bridge and immediately hit 2 potholes some Potholes 110mm or 4 1/4 inch deep at 40mph on inspection later that day I noticed my alloy wheel in now oval and has a 100mm/4 inch flat spot. I flew to Atlanta, USA on Friday 10th and returned 18th and took the photos today in daylight. My wheel is damaged and chances are the track rod ends/suspension and steering are also damaged. These were NOT temporarily filled as you claim!

I was travelling along this road at 3.40pm and because a lorry was parked on my side of road going towards Quinton (Near the M1 bridge/underpass part) I had to use the other side of the road, as I was now on the other side of the road I approached at a cautious 25mph went through the potholes and yet this still caused me to have a blow out tyre and the alloy has also been badly damaged, as my car (66 plate Astra) doesn't carry a spare tyre the RAC came out and put on a RAC MULTIFIT WHEEL to get me to my tyre garage in Wootton, I have been quoted by the RAC roadside tech that the alloy alone is over £600. These were NOT temporarily filled as you claim on Friday the 8th of Nov,this road is awful !! A lot of this is caused by Galliford vehicles coming out of their compound. 6 months to repair the road ! How many more vehicles are going to be damaged in this time
