Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 4 minutes later. ref: 1842596.

Cover over a hole in the verge tends to get dislodged and needs to be replaced. This hole they believe is used by 'Gigclear';(a broadband provider )and is full of electrical wires.Over the weekend the cover has been damaged not sure how but the hole was left exposed.Her partner has contacted Gigaclear and has put some wooden planks over to try and protect the electrics as much as possible from the rain but obviously concerned about safety.
