Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1844928.
The drains above the 30mph limit on Hill Road are nearly all completely blocked with silt and have been for some time. This means surface water runs all over the road and freezes when the weather is cold, causing a danger to traffic, especially on the steep left hand bend at the top.
