Badly flooded subway

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 4 minutes later. ref: 1846099.

This subway/underpass is very badly flooded, this has happened twice in the last fortnight. It is not passable for disabled or less able bodied people, the water depth is higher than ankle height for at least 10 metres

  • This has NOT been fixed. It is a complete mud pit. As written above, it would be impassable for some. For me, it meant mud-caked boots. AND, the rubbish and broken glass is rediculous. Does no one clean up down there ?
