  • Thank you for your enquiry. Our public highways are inspected regularly and the drains will be cleaned as part of the Northamptonshire Highways routine roadside gully cleansing programme. Please be aware that the clearance of fallen leaves, along with other street debris is the responsibility of Northampton Borough Council (NBC) and so the issue should be reported to streetcare@northampton.gov.uk or telephone 0300 330 7000). However should any flooding occur on the road or footway, please call as a matter of urgency to Street Doctor on 0300 126 1000.
