120mm deep pothole near Cornerhouse Cottages

On the wheel line as you drive from B645 onto B663 around the bend by Cornerhouse Cottages there is a large and deep pothole. Drivers can’t see it or avoid it as it is round the bend. It has been repaired before and usually needs TM to do it.
