Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 5 minutes later. ref: 1846236.
The flood water is the height of the curb. The ditch is full and the drains seem to be blocked causing the flooding.

Report of flooding on road up to kerb level and including baby wipes etc which suggests it is issuing from the foul drain.

The area was flooded again on 13th &14th January. Every time there is a down pouring of rain, the is a flood. Its quite substantial as well.
