Obstruction on road where children cross

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 1847888.
Every morning around 8.50 same woman in vehicle shown above parks on path right where all the children should be crossing safely to get into school!!!! Many times before people have said they have had to walk in the road with Prams and small children to get around said vehicle.

At present the parking restrictions in Kettering are the responsibility of Northants Police and their Traffic Warden. I have subsidance on my drive way which is caused by the roots of the trees lining the pathway. This is causing damage to the underside of my vehicles. I was advised to report this by council workmen who came to repair a pot hole but were unable to do so.
