59 Clarke Rd, building construction damage

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1857244.

Outside No.59, multiple pot holes from construction/multiple daily lorry deliveries. Damaged pavement slabs sticking up from digger and dumper truck going across pavement into the road to the skip,taking with it mud and debris,mud trapsed along pavement from workers,rain gully sticking up, trip hazard (2 incidents) often obstructions and un accessible to pedestrians at times. Any cost to put right should be building owner's not tax payer.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. A works order has already been raised and will be undertaken within the next 6 months for the potholes and 28 days for the repair to the footway.
