40mph sign on Entrance side to Salcey Forest

Between the hours of 1700 on 22/11/2019 and 0800 on 23/11/2019, the speed sign has been hit by a vehicle, removing it from the ground completely, leaving it laying on the road side. Plastics and car parts including the exhaust had been left at the entrance to the Forest, with broken car parts found near the sign. Pictures show the damage the vehicle has made, with traffic cones also being run over and crushed.
