3/4inch deep x about 2 foot width pothole
Reported in the Pothole / Failed Reinstatement category anonymously at 21:54, Tue 26 November 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 2 minutes later. ref: 1863719.
Areas of this pavement were repaired many months ago but this pothole has been getting worse over these last few months and is right up against the kerb stones alongside that previous repair and is where everyone walks especially many nearby disabled elderly tenants (many with walkers and walking sticks) who use this as their main access to the shops. Walkers and walking sticks are getting stuck in the pothole causing great difficulty and probable trip/fall accident in the near future.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.

I meant 3inch - 4 inch deep pothole.

Now there is an area of pavement - 2 car widths wide which has numerous holes appearing from broken tarmac and very uneven surface as well as the long pothole originally reported ( which is now nearly 3 foot wide and about 4+ inches deep.) It's a massive trip hazard as it is right up against the kerb ridge.

It is such an awful mess with broken tarmac/potholes growing and is such a major trip/fall hazard I don't understand why it hasn't been fixed yet. There are even wires visible several inches below what should be the level surface!
