Huge pothole next to a manhole at least 40cm wide and extremely deep

This pothole has been here for ages now and is getting wider and deeper and with it being a busy road it is going to cause an accident very soon have to try and avoid it when driving that way.its on left hand side as u turn towards hemmingwell from gold street/cross roads
