  • This problem has never been resolved. The water runs onto the highway at the front of number 18 Warwick road, and then runs across the front of number 16, and has got worse since 2018. Eg April 2021 with very low rainfall, water keeps flowing. There is a storm drain on Warwick Road, which could be connected to this water outflow. Water is a skid risk, particularly to cyclists and turns to ice in winter

  • Water running down the road is continuous and is causing a skid hazard to road users, on a bend in road, and road narrows. Also no footpath where water/ skid risk arises, and is a regular route for pedestrians including children. Water is also eroding a wall and carriageway, danger of collapse. Someone needs to take responsibility for this and fix it. It is now a 24/7 hazard.
