Water is coming up out of a road drain near 14 Main Road, Wilby and flowing down the road towards the roundabout (4th Jan 2010) as it has been for some weeks. The localised flooding near the roundabout still persists and vehicles driving through it are causing the pavement, and any pedestrians on it, to be splashed. This problem has not been resolved.
