Large puddle forms on pathway, drainage poor. Near to rubbish bin opposite Lighthouse Theatre entrance.

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 1871895.
This puddle appears on pathway from Thurston Drive to Lake Avenue running by Harriers running club and behind Astro pitch. Regular puddle forms when wet weather. Grass area round it becomes waterlogged as well ruining shoes etc if you try to walk round it. Enquired with KBC who have referred it to highways at NCC. Thank you for your enquiry. site visited, No immediate safety defects found at location at time of visit will continue to monitor through highway safety inspections. Upon further inquiries this footway would appear not to be part of the highways network in speaking to the customer this is a footway across public open space which we would assume would fall under the control of KBC parks department.
