The Stone wall has collapsed and is blocking footpath

Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 10:30, Tue 3 December 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 6 minutes later. ref: 1872489.

The stone wall that retains the rear garden of 3 Woodman Close has collapsed onto the footpath. The footpath is completely blocked and as there is no footpath on the opposite side of the road pedestrians are required to walk in the road. This is a route to school. It collapsed during the heavy rains a couple of weeks ago. Someone has put a barrier round it but nothing further has happened. The bollards placed by the barrier have been run over by passing cars.
