Deep potholes along this road heading towards Stoke Albany. The road condition is in a disgusting state and on Sunday 01 Dec, one very large pothole caused partners tyre to burst as he failed to see it in time. Very annoyed as it could have been prevented. It was heading toward a bend to the right.

Dear Sir, On Saturday evening on the road heading towards Stoke Albany from Desborough I suffered a tyre blow out caused by two very large pot holes in the road.It was dark, foggy and no street lighting with a very sharp bend approaching.I would like to make a claim for a new tyre plus the tracking to be reset. The pot hole is more than 100mm deep and and 400mm wide. I have photos i took the next morning on the Sunday 1st December with a tape measure and also a video for proof. kwick fit that replace my tyre that blew from the pot hole have said that they will write a report to confirm that it was the pot hole that caused the damage to the tyre if needed. I look forward to your response . Yours sincerely ,Carl Read. P.S This email was first sent to to kettering borough council but they have only just told me i need to send this email to yourself. I'm also seeking compensation for my tyre.

The potholes along this stretch of road are becoming worse and are now very dangerous. Vehicles are having to drive on the wrong side of the road to avoid damage. The potholes are very close to blind bends, however. I can foresee severe damage if a vehicle hits one of these or potential danger to life if trying to avoid. The temporary repairs lasted about 3 days before the road was in the same condition as before. Please repair this stretch of road urgently.
