Loose manhole causing loud noise

7 Saint James Road nn5 5hf - caller advises the workers have been out in September due to loose manhole cover - this has got worse since this happening and keeps caller up with noise when heavy traffic due banging when cars drive over - on left hand side towards churchs factory between Thomas beckett and factory and there is a large tree opposite
