Good Morning...I understand that Anglia Water have inspected this issue but despite a promise of 'being in touch within 72 hrs' I have heard nothing! If the problem is not a fractured water pipe... what measures will/can be taken to divert the water from percolating through the tarmac surface? This area of road will become treacherous if this matter is not resolved prior to freezing temperatures this winter! Action required...

thank you for your enquiry there is a works order to repair the potholes that meet the investigatory levels these will be completed within the next three months the water issue is lickley to be a spring and we are currently looking for a solution that captures the water and when funding becomes available a scheme will be put together and hopefully rectify this problem
