Pavement is damaged by residents driving over the slabs on to their property because they do not have dropped curb.

Reported in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 14:30, Thu 5 December 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1876163.

Pavement slabs are cracked and sticking upwards. I have seen elderly struggling walking over with walking stick and even told me they have to walk on road which causes danger to them. I have seen mothers with pushchairs who had their front wheels stopped and got stuck in the crack and lucky that their baby is strapped in. It is getting worse. If they don’t park their car which they are illegally the slabs would not crack. There is no dropped curb.
