Mud and other materials left on road due to construction

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 3 minutes later. ref: 1877048.
Mud over the road, holes, raised drain covers, loose pieces of concrete. Driver reports hitting huge pothole recently as a result. Built on flood plain, construction workers appear not to have been disposing of waste properly and have made road unsafe.

Road cleared of mud and two lanes opened BUT still dangerous raised ironwork and potholes.

Following a review this issue is not a Northamptonshire County Council responsibility. Thank you for contacting the County Council regarding the works on Welford Road. We will contact the developer to review the signage at the site over the Christmas period for the raised ironworks.

Dear Mr Powis The developer has inspected the site and is installing improved signage warning drivers regarding the raised ironworks. Thank you again for contacting the County Council regarding this.
