Access to kissing gate blocked by overgrown bramble undergrowth

The access to the kissing gate is blocked by overgrown bramble and to rejoin the footpath entails climbing over fly tipped rubbish at the metal gate alongside. This is at the junction between the field to the south and the tarmac road which descends to the A45/Wilby Way roundabout.

Site inspection carried out, footpath not obstructed by fly tipping. Clear access to kissing gate at time of inspection. Landowner contacted to carry out clearance works to remove obstructing brambles.

Whilst access to the kissing gate is ok on the North side, it is impassable on the south side. The gate next to it has been blocked by rubble. Also, the footpath all the way back to The Ridge is almost impassable with farm machinery blocking passage and mud everywhere else.
