Pathway Blocked

Blocked pathway outside 40 Victoria Street, Earls Barton due to the inconsiderate parking of a tricycle blocking the path. This is causing a problem for pedestrians and especially those less mobile and mothers with prams and toddlers. Cars prevent, which nobody should have to, stepping into the road. Blocked for several weeks.
