This is a formal complaint. You have retained the services of Gigaclear who continue to do an appalling job digging up the roads and not repairing them properly. However, worst of all, two weeks ago the subcontractor they were using was informing people that the Greens Norton Medical Centre was closed having closed off access to Greens Norton. It certainly wasn't! This left one eldery individual distressed. I happened to be present and witnessed the situation. The Medical Centre were also going to report this along with other local residents. You are welcome to call me on 07775 620217 to discuss. Thank you. Tim Trotter
