Flooding on the road

Opposite 609 Harlestone road nn5 6nu the sink hole has flooded due to weather and sink hole not being able to hold the water issue occurs severe times has now blocked the whole road and on pathways

  • A tanker was sent out to suck up the water on Friday but it has since rained and flooded has occurred again.

  • thank you for your enquiry we have carried out some further cleaning of the soak away to try to increase the capacity we will continue to monitor and if it's not successful we will have to look at another solution

  • A tanker came out the other day to do some “further cleaning”, this has obviously not worked. It has been raining again (steady but not too heavy) and within 24 hours the road has started flood again.
