Footpath cracked and water leaking into our house from hole in pavement
Reported in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 16:31, Fri 13 December 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 1887295.
We purchased the house in August and the issue became apparent during the last two months when rain fall has been at its heaviest. We have finally located the cause of water leaking into our house, which is a combination of both poor (old and destroyed) pavement and insufficient street drainage. I attached three photos 1 of the water inside our house (grade 2 listed) and 2 of the poor paving and hole where water is leaking directly inside. We require your prompt help please given we have a baby child in the house.
