Very dangerous road surface

This is the Welford Rd new junction with Buckton Fields 2.
The developers have now removed traffic lights and the road surface is appalling and dangerous.
The warning signs are insufficient.
This could kill or seriously injure a motorcyclist.

No warning signs for raised ironworks or uneven Road surface

The condition of this section of road is dangerous and is a consequence of the construction sight of lower buckton fields housing development it poorly repaired from time to time by Kelly the construction sight contractors the whole section needs urgently re- surfacing when will this happen

Thankyou confor contacting the County Council regarding the signage at this location. We have asked the developer to review the signage as a priority due to the safety concerns highlighted.

Surface still very uneven and is now badly flooded going towards Kingsthorpe. Can't see how deep the water is until it is too late but it is like driving through a ford

The road is still dangerous when will it be properly re-surfaced and appropriate traffic signs / markings be installed

Thankyou for contacting County Council. The works Re currently suspended due to the Christmas embargo on works on Traffice sensitive routes ( main A roads) The developer is aiming to restart the works for the 4th of January.
