Fir tree hedge STILL NOT CUT BACK

Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category by Dave Gaster at 16:17, Tue 17 December 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1893241.

Despite instructing the owners to cut the hedges back at least twice, there has been no action. The path has been blocked since early October. Today a wheel chair user had to pass via the carriageway. I'd suggest council cut it and charge the owners now!
