Stamford Road, at Augean Site - very large pothole and top surface of road worn away.

Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 16:54, Sat 21 December 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 2 minutes later. ref: 1900546.

Stamford Road at the Augean Site on left hand side, travelling from Kings Cliffe towards the A47. There is a very large pothole and the surface of the road has been worn away/eroded down by approximately 2 inches in depth. The area effected is approximately 6 foot square. Dangerous to cars, especially with the amount of lorries accessing the site. Also with the continued rain making it difficult to see difference in road level when flooded. Has been like this for over a year!! but has now become very dangerous, covering half the road.
