This pothole is in a very dangerous place and needs marking at the very least. In the dark, you simply cannot see it and it is right in the line of where you typically drive. I hot it the other day and it cracked my allow wheel as well as punctured my tyre and cost me £207.30 to repair it. Please could you kindly reimburse me.

On Saturday night I became yet another victim of this horrendous pot hole, which resulted in my alloy wheel being badly damaged.
The wheel is currently at the Porsche specialist, and if they can repair it they will; if not, a replacement is circa £1,600.00.
What is the process for claiming off yourselves, and what is the likelihood of success?
Why, given the depth of this pothole, has it not been repaired since you were alerted to its existence in December last year?

Hi - I have now been affected by this pothole. On Thurs 13 Feb, I was also a victim of this pothole - damage to front and rear wheels and tyres. My Mercedes bill is over £1400. Please can you let me know how I can make a claim against the council for not repairing it when it has been previously reported?
