Bridleway footpath has been churned up by earth moving /heavy plant

Reported in the Passage-Obstructed/Overgrown category anonymously at 23:36, Sat 28 December 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 4 minutes later. ref: 1908184.

Why has the public rights of way been churned up and left in aan unusable / unsafe condition. The footpath and bridleway have been left with deep boggy ruts! Any heavy plant should have used the construction site and not damaged the rights of way without being rectified!

  • This is still a mess and is becoming dangerous. This is the designated diversion for other closed footpaths in the area and it seems that the contractors have been allowed to get away with churning it up and not relating it. Is anyone going to do something?
