  • On Monday December the 9th we was heading to Kettering for a family meal when I hit a big pothole in the road in the dark so couldn’t see and it popped both tyres on one side. I have 2 kids and an elderly nan in the car it was dark and freezing and we had to wait an hour for someone to come out and help with tyres and missing are meal. We now have had to pay out for 2 new tyres tracking on the car and suspension on the car didn’t think it would of coursed that much damage but it has and I would like to know how I claim my money back for all this. It had been reported before and you still left the hole till the very end off the 28 days for it to be done
