Despite incorrect statements before, there are 12 defects exceeding intervention criteria, many witnessed by the police and councillors six months plus ago! I will submit a report with photos to the Chief Executive, Councillors, MP ++ shortly. Failure to rectify is a gross dereliction of contract and duties!
