Large amount of litter

Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 11:23, Saturday 4 January 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1917985.

There has been an increase of large amount of litter on the A6 rushden bypass all the way along this stretch of road both side , got to a point during bad weather and high wind more so the litter is being blown in front of cars when driving , Its mainly around the the layby area just before you turn into higham and stretch of road up to st Clarks road . Looks like waste might be beimg blown over from the warehouses which are situated next to the road . Please could this be passed on to the correct dept as I have also rang up but not much has been done to tackle the waste being chucked on the side . They have cut back all the bushes on this stretch of road but left the rubbish visable
