Drain higher than road so water not draining away so water collects on road what then splashes pedestrians

Reported in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 15:52, Saturday 4 January 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 4 minutes later. ref: 1918462.

The drain is in the wrong place so water is collecting on the path and road. When cars come past they cause a large splash over the pedestrian gate making it dangerous for people to get close to the edge of the road to cross. Cars are having to go into the middle of the road on a blind bend not to splash pedestrians
