Brambles overgrowing path and causing damage

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 1921022.
Area adjacent to pavement over grown with brambles etc. This has spread over path meaning pedestrians have to walk in the road. I have had a report from resident that a coat has been torn on two occasions and a dog has required a vets appointment for damage to an eye.
