5 illegal knee height posts cemented on grass verge that can cause danger to public pedestrians

On Nest Lane road just before the Nest Farm Road sign post there are 5 illegal cemented knee height wooden coloured posts that have been put up on the council grass verge. It has been there since 31st December 2019. This is an urgent matter as pedestrians can be injured. These posts need to be removed asap
